Ocean Key Resort & Spa, A Noble House Resort - Key West

It is a bright hotel, I thoroughly enjoyed tastefully decorated rooms and incredible location. Overall amazing food, plus there is Sloppy Joe's Bar close by. The services are good, including a very clean pool. As I remember free Wi-Fi was available throughout the property. Will come back, a really enjoyable experience with worth every penny views.

Loved this wonderful hotel with outstandingly accommodating staff from all staff members. I was offered a room with impressive views of the sunset.

Spa pricing for guests was extreme for basic services, and the pool and gym were rather small given the size of the hotel.

Cleanliness of rooms, very friendly and extremely helpful staff especially Tanner and Oksana. Excellent food and drinks. Close to the shopping district, within easy walking distance of most everything.

Food and drinks a bit over-priced, but in line with most of the other venues in town.

Location was awesome. Right on the ocean to watch the sunset every night from the Pier. Right at the end of Duval St. but not too noisy. Very helpful staff. Very nice rooms. Pool area was fantastic. View of the ocean, relaxing, and a great staff who got us chairs set up and cold drinks. Also close to the waterfront with great outdoor bars and restaurants.

The roosters crowing! Daily valet parking rate was a little steep and we never even used our car the whole stay.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. There was a jaccuzzi right next to the bed which came in handy after a whole day of walking around

whomever audits the charges needs to pay closer attention because upon checkout, even tho i paid in full 1 week earlier, i was told i would be getting a refund, which was incorrect, then i come home and find out the night audit person "strikes" again by putting yet another charge on my credit card for my stay. i hope they figure out how to do it right

So relaxed and friendly staff. Luxury without formality. Fine dining without dressing up. Located by ocean yet in the centre of town. No better hotel in Key West.

Having to leave at the end of a perfect 4 night stay!

Staff was great, spa was excellent, great location.

Design flaw of the outside hallway floors. Every housekeeping cart, luggage cart, and rolling luggage bag, made for a loud annoying roll across the rivitts in the floor, the closer it got to the room sounded like someone knocking on your door. This went on all hours of the night. Also, couch in the jr. Suite extremely uncomfortable.

Loved the location and the Hot Tin Roof restaurant

Did not like the cheaper restaurant on the pier.

We loved the gorgeous new pool with an ocean view, a perfect spot to unwind while watching the boats glide by. Our family enjoyed the sunset from the pier, where we spotted local wildlife.

My kids wished for a quieter environment, as the roosters woke us up at dawn. Better soundproofing would really help families with kids enjoy their stay.

The position was great with everything close by. Staff were excellent and the accommodation was luxurious. I thoroughly recommend the resort and would return there again myself.

Great layout in the rooms, lovely pool area and right in the heart of Mallory Square area

The food looked amazing but the taste was disappointing - absolutely no seasoning. We ate in the restaurant, poolside and room service so we gave them lots of chances on the food - very bland.
